Our Mission

At Surviving & Thriving Wellness Center, our mission is to provide trauma informed, comprehensive care for both mind and body in a nurturing, supportive and inclusive environment. We understand that some days it takes everything you have just to show up — and so we’re committed to removing as many barriers to care as possible, offering mental health counseling, pelvic floor therapy, holistic health services, supportive community groups and educational workshops under one roof.

We are especially committed to welcoming and supporting new parents as they navigate their new identities and the challenges this may bring. Not only do we have several perinatal mental health providers in house, but we are proud to have a changing table, diapers, wipes, toys, feeding covers (if desired), boppies, play mats, sound machines and other supplies, so there is no worry about lugging a giant bag or leaving something behind. We do not bat an eye at a crying baby and will provide whatever support you are comfortable with while you get the help you need.

We aspire to be a trusted sanctuary in the community where everyone can find healing, strength and connection in every phase of life. Our center is grounded in compassion, respect and belonging. Everyone who walks through the door is valued and embraced with respect for their gender expression, sexual orientation, race, background and/or abilities.

We welcome you to come as you are — have a coffee and relax with us.
